The Referee Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of referee assignments for the fall soccer season. This position ensures that each game is officiated by a referee, contributing to a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Create and manage the referee schedule, ensuring each game has an assigned referee.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for referees, addressing any concerns, questions, or conflicts that arise.
- Coordination with Coaches and Teams: Work closely with coaches and team managers to align on game schedules and address any referee-related issues.
- Reporting: Maintain records of referee assignments, performance evaluations, and any incidents that occur during games, providing regular reports to the league management.
- Score Keeping: Responsible for inputting the results of each game into the system accurately and promptly.
Kit Manager: The Kit Manager works closely with the Equipment Coordinator to ensure that all players and coaching staff have their jerseys and pinnies ready for training sessions and match days. This role involves ordering new kits as needed and maintaining the equipment, including arranging for laundering and inflating soccer balls.Snacks: Provide 24 cookies or granola bars for the end-of-season windup party.
