We are gearing up for the 2015 Morden Minor Soccer Association season so take those cleats and shin pads out of the closet and register!
Registration dates: – Tuesday, June 2 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM
Place: Access Event Centre
Registration Fee: $45
*New MMSA players will need to fill out a registration form; returning players need only confirm information on the spreadsheet at the registration tables. All players require a signed waiver!
When you sign up for your volunteer job, you will receive a ticket. Present that ticket in order to be able to register your children at the tables organized by last name of players (A-E, F-J, K-O, P-T & U-Z).
All families will be required to write an incentive cheque for $100 this evening. It will be cashed on October 5, 2015 only if you neglect your volunteer duty. It will be ripped up if you complete the volunteer job you sign up for. If you insist on “buying out” your volunteer fee, you will be asked to make your cheque out for today’s date. Please note, receipts will be issued for registration fees only.
Bring two checks, one for each of the kids ($45) you are registering and one for volunteering ($100).
You also need to bring your Health Card!
